Your host, Peter Giannacopoulos, immigrated to the United States from Greece in 1967. From the age of twelve, his life was spent on the waterfronts of Boston. It was there where he came to know and love every aspect of the restaurant business.

On April 21, 1975 with the support of his family and friends, Peter opened Dolphin Seafood restaurant. Since that time his mornings have been spent on the piers of Boston personally selecting the fish which is prepared and sold in his restaurant.
